Soft Launch is designed for weddings, private parties, brand events, pop-ups, and neighborhood gatherings. We’re best suited for thoughtfully planned events looking for a warm, elevated treat experience.
Where do you operate?
We’re based in Seattle and serve events throughout the greater Seattle area and surrounding communities. Travel beyond our core service area may be possible on a case-by-case basis.
What’s on the menu?
Our menu will feature espresso drinks, affogato, and artisan soft serve made with high-quality ingredients. Final menus may vary by event and season.
Do you require permits or hookups?
We are currently working through final permitting. the truck is fully self-sufficient, operating entirely on our own on-board generator power.
